The Carl Moyer Program provides incentive grants for cleaner-than-required engines and diesel-powered equipment.
Local Program Information
The Carl Moyer Program provides incentive funding for the replacement of older diesel engines with newer, low-emission diesel engines, alternative fuel engines, or electric motor replacement for certain applications. Grants cover the incremental difference of the cost for the purchase and installation of a low emission engine versus the cost of rebuilding the older, less efficient engine.
